Anton/Bauer Releases Titon SL, Titon Micro, Titon Base, Go 90
The company has also launched a web-based "Kit Your Camera" configurator to help users choose the most appropriate solution.
Anton/Bauer has expanded its range of compact batteries with the introduction of the Titon SL, the Titon Micro, the Titon Base and the Go 90.
“Anton Wilson and George Bauer joined forces in 1970 to develop the world’s first camera-mounted battery system, and now, as we celebrate our half-century, these new solutions bring Anton/Bauer’s premium mobile power to almost every aspect of the set,” says Chris Gaughan, Anton/Bauer product manager, Vitec Production Solutions. “A new range of more than 50 accessories also ensures that our V-Mount and Gold Mount batteries are compatible with more devices than ever.”
Anton/Bauer has also launched a web-based “Kit Your Camera” configurator that determines the power requirements of cameras and accessories to recommend the most appropriate battery.
The Titon SL is available in 95Wh and 143Wh and in V-Mount or Gold-Mount options. Its slim profile and light weight make it ideal for fast-paced content creation where agility is critical and space is tight. The 14.4-volt Titon SL can power monitors and more.
The Titon Micro is available in 47Wh, 94Wh and 140Wh and in V-Mount or Gold-Mount options. It delivers the extended power needed to run cine cameras and mirrorless systems for hours. The 14.4-volt Titon Micro delivers a consistently reliable continuous current, 8A 47Wh and 10A 94Wh and 140Wh; a dual-battery mounting plate allows twice the power in half the size or a regular battery.
The Titon Base is the slimmer, lighter power base for compact cine cameras. The 68Wh portable power hub is designed to deliver hours of runtime in a travel-friendly form. The Titon Base mounts under the camera to create a balanced base safely away from camera controls. With a quick-release plate and integrated ¼"-20 mounts, Titon Base can be quickly released from a camera and mounted to a tripod or camera support with a simple click.
The 98Wh Go 90 is a lightweight V-Mount or Gold-Mount 14.4-volt battery for professional photographers and videographers looking for a simple plug-and-play power solution. The Go 90 is an 8A solution that can power cameras, on-camera lights or monitors without adding excess weight to equipment.
